Terms and Conditions

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

All physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
Product must be in like new condition and must arrive to the refined school house before the 30 days have elapsed
If you receive damaged products please reach out so that we may coordinate rectifying the problem.
To begin a refund email therefinedschoolhouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for wanting a return.
When a return has been decided as the best course of action a refund will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned product and it has been verified to be in appropriate condition for refund. Returns take several days to process after they have been requested.

Digital downloads have a default no return policy.
If for some reason you feel that this is not fair to your situation please email us at therefinedschoolhouse@gmail.com. We are happy to help!
If a return is ever agreed upon, the return will come as shop credit as it is not possible for us to verify that you have deleted the files from your computer or are otherwise using the product that you have "returned".
